Phased development of a 3-acre parcel, including on-site and off-site utilities, hardscape and landscape. Future work will include a 20,000 sq. ft. and 2 each 4,000 sq. ft. retail buildings. Phase I completed in November 2010. Phase II proposed to start in September 2011.
