A 3-Story 97,000 sq. ft., concrete block / component steel designed structure on a 1.5-acre site. Elevator served and climate controlled throughout.

Four new 25,000 sq. ft. hangars each with 5,000 sq. ft. of related maintenance shop and office space. Project includes all new site work, aircraft tarmac areas and runway improvements.  

90,000 sq. ft. five-building campus build on Los Angeles County-owned property. All buildings are single story, fully sprinklered structures. The first-of-its-kind, walk-in facility.  The limited stay structures contain temporary housing, a clinic, community space, dining and a security and administration building.
